News on Convent Way

The Landlord Offer for the regeneration of Convent Way will be published on Friday 21 May 2021 and delivered by hand to all eligible voters.

The ballot papers will be sent out on Friday 4 June 2021 and the ballot will be open until Monday 28 June 2021 at 5 p.m. A Resident can vote by post, online or by telephone using the security number on their ballot paper.

Residents who can vote are:

Council tenants who are the named tenant on the tenancy agreement on or before 21 June 2021, including joint tenants.

Resident leaseholders who are named on the lease and have lived in their home for 12 months or more before 21 June 2021.

Any resident over 16 years old who has been registered on the council’s Housing Register for 12 months or more before 21 June 2021 and is living in Convent Way as their main home.

The Estate Regeneration Team will be holding:

- Surgeries every Thursday at the Convent Way Community Centre between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

- Any Questions workshops every Monday at 6 p.m. ( except on the Bank Holiday on Monday 31 May)
